Support Technician Manager

Description: WE have an OUTSTANDING opportunity for an experience Support Technician Manager with one of our best clients! This company is stable and growing and looking for YOU!Responsibilities: • Supervision of twelve support technicians, 8 in Baltimore, 4 in Sarasota, FL. • Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly review of production and quarterly review of job performance of each technician. • Will have input in hiring and firing support technicians • Upgrading and training personnel with regards to their daily duties, changes in software, etc. • Supports customers in the field • Provides technical phone support • Working with QA and Product Management to identify issues and perform problem solving • Deliver technical articles to customers for additional updates • Help in developing training program • Work closely with professional services teams to insure customers needs are met by contributing to users conferences and online training programs Requirements: • College graduate with courses and experience in accounting/estimating software application • 5 plus years in a supervisory experience with an accounting/estimating software application firm; A big plus would be experience in construction Property Management software packages • Experience with business accounting software and standard accounting practices • Basic networking experience of Internet Protocols, Citrix, and Terminal Services • Current business computing environment troubleshooting skills • Automation tools, i.e. ACD, CRM, and KB • Ability to quickly and accurately log customer activity and case resolution in our database, i.e. accurate spelling, typing, and grammar
