The primary focus of this position is to participate in cross-functional survey research projects with various departments. This includes project management, service level agreement management and overall relationship building which will be accomplished by communicating with internal clients to determine business issues and establish project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and partner expectations, acting as a resource for the team if there are questions around project strategy and ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements, timelines, and internal quality standards.Minimum Requirements:* 1 year of experience focused on survey reporting and analysis within a sales or customer service environment, ideally involved in the roll out of a new survey system * Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Finance, Marketing or related degree * Strong skill set in the following areas: process execution, change management, vendor management, customer service, relationship building, written and oral communication, attention to detail * SQL and HTML coding skills * Ability to interact with all levels within an organization and to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and high-energy environment * General knowledge of software industry and software pricing and contracting * Ability to work extended hours and travel as required, with expected travel of approximately 10% annuallyIt's an exciting time at CA.
