System-Network Administrator

TheraDoc, Inc is looking for a System-Network Administrator to provide internal and external technical services.

TheraDoc is a privately held clinical decision support software company located in Salt Lake City, Utah. TheraDoc's mission is to transform the quality and safety of patient care through enhanced clinical decision-making. TheraDoc contracts with public, private and governmental hospitals nationwide.

The System-Network Administrator will be responsible for analyzing and resolving problems associated with server hardware, Windows and Linux Operating Systems.  Configure and maintain internal network.  Maintain Point to Point and client based VPNs. 

Troubleshoot and assist all on-site and off-site teams with network, system administration and hardware configuration issues.

 

Install new software releases, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems. Deploy and migrate new and existing user’s hardware. Provide hardware and software support for users. Install and troubleshoot servers and network hardware. Perform system backups and recovery.  Help create and review installation, and system support documentation.

 

Be available for some after-hours support and share on-call duties.

 

Qualifications:



·  Experience with Microsoft operating systems.Deploying Microsoft operating systemsActive Directory Management

·  Experience with VMware Virtual Center, ESX, Workstation.

·  Experience with Cisco ASA, Cisco Routers and Radius.

·  Understanding of TCP/IP services (SMTP, DNS, DHCP).

·  Experience with Intel-Based hardware.

·  Willingness to learn new technologies.

·  Excellent troubleshooting and analytic skills.

·  Ability to handle multiple projects / assignments concurrently.

·  Must be proactive, responsible, self-motivated, and able to work well with others.

 

Desired but not required:

·  Some telecommunications experience.

·  Installation and management of email systems.

·  Experience with Symantec Ghost and Endpoint

·  Experience with Linux or UNIX operating systems.

·  Shell programming experience
