Systems Administrator - Desktop Support and Server Operations

Responsibilities:

Provide local and remote desktop and server support for architectural and engineering firm employees within standard operating procedures.  This includes but is not limited to project work, disaster recovery efforts, imaging desktops and laptops, application support, LAN/WAN troubleshooting and deploying servers.

 

Required Skills:

7 years minimum experience with the following:

Windows Operating Systems including Active Directory support.

Performing backups with VERITAS products.

Trouble ticketing and Asset Management systems. Track-It preferred.

Experience with CAD is highly desired.

Printing Plotting support.

Supporting remote locations.

Some travel is required, occasionally on short notice.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
