Systems Analyst

“As part of our strategic growth, Amdocs is currently seeking a Systems Analyst located in St. Louis.”Implement and support our Internal information systems in North AmericaResponsibilities: Analyze requirements of the various Amdocs user groups in North America, identify gaps in current information system solutions Design and contribute to the design of new applications or tool selections Implementation support for new internal applications Work with specific groups on localized projects in the Corporate arena Escalate support to Amdocs IMIS groups, and follow up Assist in integration projects of new M&A activitiesRequirements: Required Skills Proficient in SQL Some experience with ERP solutions including Oracle Applications and SAP Familiar with BI tools Customer oriented, fast learner, and excellent written and verbal communication Oracle development preferred but not required Familiar with Workflow tools Knowledge and experience in corporate business areas of Finance, Operations, Human Resources preferred Travel/Relocation:Some travel required
