Required:

-Webservices Architecture

-Knowledge of Unified Markup Language (UML)

-Knowledge of Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE)

- Knowledge of Extensible Markup Language (XML)

-knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD)

 This position requires the individual to investigate, define, enhance, and evolve application architectural solutions, while promoting consistent development and deployment standards across the entire suite. The candidate will research solution alternatives, facilitate logical design, document, and constantly evaluate the Standard Operating Environment for areas of possible improvement.

The primary function of this position will be the interpretation and subsequent evaluation of business requirements providing applications and systems solutions that facilitate business functionality. Additionally, the candidate will provide strategic and tactical architectural guidance for Business initiatives, while working individual and multiple application development groups to ensure integration strategies and tactical deployments align with overall architectural strategy. The candidate will collaborate with the National Architecture, Solutions Design and Consulting to ensure that any prescribed architecture meets strategic architecture guidelines and tactical operational efficiency.
