Systems Development Analyst: SAP ABAP Developer

 

Job Requirements

Lincoln Electric is looking for a motivated and results oriented SAP ABAP developer with two to four years of development experience. Experience with SD module development is a plus. Individual is expected to be able to work independently with project progress and results being monitored intermittently. The individual will be required to provide development and maintenance support of SAP application systems according to detailed specifications.  Must be able to design, document, test and implement programs and systems using prescribed standards. Knowledge and experience using Java, Web Dynpro, Adobe Interactive forms is a definite plus but not required. Experience in supporting SAP implementations and upgrade projects is desirable as well.

 

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, information technology, business – or equivalent, relevant experience. 

 

Excellent communications skills: Ability to convey technical ideas so that they can be understood by non-technical people. Excellent listening skills coupled with unfailing retention. Outstanding organizational and reporting skills. Superior writing skills. Good overall knowledge of SAP’s ASAP methodology and how to most effectively utilize SAP on behalf of the company.
