Systems Engineer-Team Lead

We are currently recruiting for a Lead Systems Engineer for our Indianapolis, Indiana location.

In this role, the selected candidate must demonstrate a consistent successful track record of working in a client-facing environment and possess a good understanding of the professional services business, how to develop new service offerings, and possess sales and leadership qualities. 

Responsibilities:

·  Systems Engineer with experience dealing with server and storage technologies, particularly HP and Dell.

·  Experience with various Microsoft server technologies, virtualization technologies, and backup/restore technologies.

·  Experience with managed services platforms such as Level Platforms, N-able, Kaseya or Silverback a definite plus.

·  Maintains certifications and knowledge necessary to support these activities.

Requirements:

·  Manufacturer certifications such as Microsoft, MCSE, Cisco CCNA etc.

·  Manufacturer’s server and storage certifications desirable.

·  Experience working in a practice environment with clients on a variety of projects.

·  Hands-on Microsoft Advanced Infrastructure experience desirable.

·  Demonstrated experience with management of projects involving complexities and multiple disciplines.

·  Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
