We’re located near O’Hare airport in Rosemont, a northwest suburb of Chicago.

Summary:

The Systems Implementation Specialist is the liaison between Haemonetics and our customer during the implementation phase of a project.  They are essential to the delivery of the product, assisting the customer with their transition to a new way of doing business.

 

Responsibilities:  Researches, analyzes and determines implementation requirements and deliverables.Helps identify system data and hardware requirements.Performs general installation, data analysis/migration and/or configuration tasks for customers.Interfaces with customers to provide technical consulting and troubleshooting. Effectively communicates technical problems or concerns in a user friendly manner.Assists in the development, modification and documentation of procedures and tools used for implementation tasks.Oversees client training and assists with software validation.Creates and updates user documentation and training materials.

 

Requirements:Knowledge in Java, ORACLE, Unix or Windows and SQL.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from four-year college or university; and six months to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Frequent travel.  Satisfactory completion of a technical exam.Excellent communication and technical troubleshooting skills.Relocation to the Rosemont area is required.
