TCC Technician

TCC Technician  Job Code: HTSC04081021  Job Description:Responsible for performing corrective and preventive maintenance on AFSCN equipment, Mission Communications equipment, Secure Communications equipment and Mission Computer equipment. Enter maintenance actions into IMDS and the MPR databases and coordinates with local PMEL.  Qualifications:Successful candidates should have an Associates Degree and 2 years relevant professional experience (6 years with high school diploma); or commensurate education and experience.  Experience:Qualified and proficient in operations and maintenance of communications/electronics equipment. Experience should focus on Mission Communication Segment equipment, troubleshooting to card and component knowledge, and customer service for the Department of Defense. Experience with Air Force communication networks at Onizuka AFS is highly desirable. Experience with Air Force communication systems and 50th Space Wing is highly desirable.
