**TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER**We are looking for a Technical Project Manager for a contract-to-hire situation. Candidates who are interested in potential Full-Time opportunity will be highly considered.Experience leading projects by: requesting resources based on the project‘s needs, managing the work activities of the project’s resources, following defined project methodologies and company policies, implement the resulting solution to the satisfaction of project owners.Develops a project and communication plan for each project which involves the project owner and impacted departments. Keeps appropriate parties informed of the project’s progress and problems. Present the status of the project, as well as outcomes, and risks. Communicates with management the status of sub-projects related to the overall project. Requirements:• Ability to manage multiple projects in a technical environment and direct technical resources. • Experience at driving projects and deliverables to successful completion. • End to end experience with traditional SDLC projects. • Waterfall and Iterative methodology expertise a must. • Manage the definition, development, and delivery of business and technical projects. • Comply with the requirements, costs, and schedules as approved. • Deliver quality projects at a pace that is required to meet business needs. • Create and modify reports using standard reporting tools. Coach and mentor less experienced Project Managers.
