TIVOLI Professional with TWS- WORK REMOTELY

Currently Object CTalk Inc. is looking for a Tivoli Professional to join our team.

 

Role:

 

Primary responsibilities are to monitor Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) activity.

 

Duties include:

 

Monitoring batch job completions and reviewing job logs where error conditions exist.

 

Responding to management requests to manage the daily plan by holding, releasing, submitting and/or rerunning jobs and job streams.

 

Responding to system problems by halting job scheduling on problem servers when conditions require minimizing outage consequences.

 

Generating status and activity reports for management review.

 

 

Skills Needed:

 

3 – 5 years experience in the operations and job scheduling environment

 

Familiarity with the distributed (TWSd) environment

 

Familiarity with the TWSd Job Scheduling Console. TWS/WebAdmin experience is a plus.

 

Hands-on experience within the UNIX environment Solaris experience is a plus.

 

 A U.S. Citizenship is required for this job.
