We are currently seeking an Application Solution Manager to: Be the Red Prairie TMS application expert to sort how the application can deployed to provide the best solution for the business team. • Provides configuration options to best utilize existing functionality within the application or provides add-on functionality to facilitate a solution. • Translates functional business requirements into technical specifications for developers to work from. These should be written re-using existing functionality wherever available or be created with an eye to leveraging the solution across other customer programs. • Responsible for communicating customer requirements, specifications, and project schedule to development team for solution delivery • Coordinates solution delivery with on-site project manager(s) for UAT and deployment. • Reviews schedule and identifies problem and risk areas. Assess causes of problems/risks and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues. • Develop status reports as appropriate insuring project team is meeting customer requirements and schedule. • Ensures integrity of the application der Flextronics.    Bachelors degree in related field and the following: • Experience and knowledge in transportation management systems and/or other supply chain management applications. • Experience and knowledge in the integration of supply chain management applications. • Experience and knowledge in the Red Prairie application suite is preferred. • Verbal and written communication, organization, problem solving and interpersonal skills are necessary. • Familiarity with spreadsheet, word-processing and database application software required.
