Overview:A Business Analyst/MS Project 2007 Expert is a person who performs interviews, and works with project managers, managers and project team members to manage the IT Resource Pool, project schedules, and project portfolio. The Business Analyst/MS Project 2007 Expert is a position requiring at least 2 to 4 years of demonstrated experience using Microsoft Project (2000, 2003 & 2007), and needs some knowledge of Microsoft Project Portfolio 2007.The Business Analyst/MS Project 2007 Expert is a supplemental labor position. The candidate is not an employee of BPA or of the United States Government. The candidate is subject to all federal laws, contract requirements, security policies and procedures while performing his or her work on site at BPA. The candidate will not have any supervisory authority over federal employees.The Business Analyst/MS Project 2007 Expert must possess the skills required to perform the work assigned (i.e., the “know-how” when reporting to work). Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) is not responsible for training or directing the candidate on how to perform the work, and the candidate is responsible for delivering the “know-how” within the workplace requirements, policies, rules, regulations, and federal law in the timeline requested.For security purposes, the Business Analyst/MS Project 2007 Expert may not bring his or her personal computer on site to BPA. In addition, he or she may not bring any flash memory device or any other media device on site, or transfer any BPA data, files, or images.
