Technical Account Senior
Respond to client issues and inquiries in a timely fashion. To include analysis and resolution or escalation as appropriate. Gather user requirements and assist with development of systems enchancements and ad hoc reports per requests from both internal and external clients. Test & review test QA test results for new SuRPAS system releases and programming fixes, as well as communicate system enhancements to internal users and client service groups. Maintain client database including both general and client-specific processing rules. For example:-Fund setup and maintenance-Transaction code set up and maintenance-Fee processing setup and maintenance-Dividend processing setup and maintenance-Event run list Coordinate set up and testing of new transmissions Perform end-user acceptance and performance tests involving software releases, enhancements, and system corrections for SuRPAS. Work with conversion teams, business analysts, technical support, back-office business groups, and client service individuals to provide feedback and guidance on business requirements, operational guidelines, software enhancements, and functionality for new and existing clients. Support corporate action events (stock splits, mergers, dividend and capital gain payments, etc.). Follow industry trends and regulatory changes and recommend systems and operational solutions to support changes to back-office and client environments. Support monthly statement review for quality assurance purposes. Ensure that appropriate processing occurs for each client environment Required Skills: Must have either 2 years of SuRPAS experience and/or 2 years of industry related experience. Must type a minimum of 25-30WPM. Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office applications. Detail oriented, customer focused, technology adept, reliable, adaptable, able to multi-task, and able to troubleshoot issues to a resolution. Additional Preferred Skills:Open VMS and Access experience is a plus as is any knowledge in report writing software.
