At CIBER we believe our employees are our most valuable asset.  CIBER, Inc. offers a complete range of benefits which include health, dental, vision, life insurance, stock options, ESSP, STD, LTD, 401(k), tuition & training reimbursement, referral bonus and PTO/holiday pay.  CIBER will also sponsor an H-1 if needed and also can provide sponsorship for permanent residency.  www.CIBER.com  Job Description / Required skills:CIBER Inc currently has (1) position available for a Technical Analyst for a long-term stable opportunity located in Bloomington, IL.Responsibilities:·  Develop custom applications and modify existing applications to meet distinct and changing business and security requirements.·  Perform product design activities requiring extensive research and analysis.·  Provide post-implementation on-going production support.·  Proactively provide direction and solution recommendations based on own analysis of business and security needs.·  Assist with requirements definition, analysis, design, testing, system documentation and user training.·  Participate on variety of development efforts, large and small, often simultaneously.·  Interface with project teams, other developers, and end users.Required skills and experience:·  Highly proficient in C#, .NET 2.0, ASP.NET and ADO.NET.·  Working history with Visual C/C++ highly preferred.·  Experience with Microsoft SQL Server including database design, stored procedures, TSQL, views, etc.·  Experience with IIS and web development technologies such as DHTML, JavaScript, CSS and Web Services (SOAP/XML).·  In-depth knowledge of object oriented programming concepts.·  Experience building high performance application architecture and infrastructure from scratch, including application configuration and complete solution design·  Understanding of the iterative software development process, N-Tier, and Service Oriented Architecture.·  Experience with secure coding principles and practices.·  Comfortable working with Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 server technologies and their features such as Active Directory and IIS.·  Knowledge of Microsoft security APIs, LDAP/ADSI and COM programming a huge plus.·  Good written and oral communication skills including an ability to explain complex concepts to others.·  Availability to provide coverage for off-business hours and weekends during project implementationsQualified candidates must have:·  Ability to work independently.·  Ability to work well in a team environment.·  Ability to solve problems logically and systematically.·  Desire to learn and use new technologies.CIBER, Inc.
