Technical Analyst II

Our client, Fortune 500 producer of disposable clean up products seeks a service related leader to maximize efficiencies related to its information systems. Its category leading items continue to provide useful hygienic solutions to Food Service, Healthcare and other Commercial customers. Demand for these has driven substantial national as well as global sales. This manufacturer is looking for an individual to help its business operations utilize information systems to improve operational efficiency at its Alabama facility. This leader will be instrumental in providing technical support for employee software and operating systems connected with laptops and desktops. By providing a second layer level of Technical support this leader will execute solutions to solve typical Information Technology related problems. Additional responsibilities will include internal customer support for usual hardware challenges connected with laptops, desktops, printers and servers. Special emphasis for the position will include participation in Technical Support Service team meetings, occasional on-call support service for other company facilities and mentorship from Service Manager to help develop this individual's future career opportunities within the company. To qualify for this exciting opportunity you must posses a minimum of 3 years successful technical experience in a business environment. Also required is a basic understanding of ITIL Best Practices as well as a solid understanding of Microsoft Windows Active Directory. A background which includes service leadership within a team oriented environment is highly valued. Ability to work with minimum direct supervision and to make independent decisions sets you apart. A formal education in Computer Science, Business and the above mentioned experience or other certifications and experience to effectively execute theses duties is required.First year earnings are expected to be $55K-$65K plus excellent benefits.
