Technical Analyst / TPA

Corporate Information Technologies is seeking a Technical Analyst to manage integration with and provide technical support to Third Party Administrators (TPA) and Health Plans. Qualified candidates will have a technical background, experience with TPA's, an energetic and proactive attitude and strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities include: Provide technical direction to guide integration with Vendor and proprietary interfaces between claim systems and the prepaid debit card platform using real time web services and file interfaces Coordinate with vendor support and appropriate IT groups to resolve problems in a production environment Conduct and coordinate testing with business partners and vendors Analyze data to resolve issues related to source data Responsible for smooth implementation of new business partners Client point person / contact for technical support issues Contribute innovative ideas Must have relevant Healthcare and/or TPA experience.

 Local candidates preferred. In person interviews required.
