What You Will Do--Position Summary:

 

The Technical Architect will be responsible for participating in the overall development, administration and support of NaviWeb (our internal enterprise IT application), Salesforce.com, Data Junction and Big Machines. 

 

Responsibilities include:

 Develop software solutions for complex business issues from both a software and process perspective following System Development Life Cycle methodologyDefine system integrations between multiple systems to move transactions through the quote to cash transaction life cycleThis includes the need to define system integrations and/or understand code reviews might be necessary to ensure other system functionality will not be impacted.Analyzing trouble issues reported from the user community related to both break fix or enhancement requestsQuery data from multiple databases using either a report tool such as Crystal Reports or SQL queries; Review results to understand if user’s request has been achieved or clarification is required.Coordinate off-shore development efforts; such as: code reviews, release dates, etc…

 

What We Are Looking For:

 Strong Analytical skillsSoftware languages: SQL, ASP/.NET, Reporting Tool experience – preferably Crystal ReportsApplication administration experience (Ideally a 3rd party application that interfaces with multiple applications)Scripting/coding experienceStrong written and verbal communication skills
