Ability to produce effective Technical documents. Ability to multi-task on several complex issues Ability to recognize inter-dependencies of issues and projects and work through High-speed learner, excellent written and oral communication skills Commitment to deadlines Must beResponsibilities:Provide T2 Production Support as BEA WebLogic SME, ColdFusion/JAVA Developer experience and other duties as directed. Deployment, tuning, troubleshooting and monitoring expertise/implementation. SunONE, WL, Oracle, and SQL. Must be proficient in Solaris OS. Provide Tier 2 Production Support for the Prism Application. Monitor and help resolve Remedy Tickets Deploy code and SQL to production/other environments. Support production environment. Support capacity planning for Network, Hardware, Storage, Application, Database, Firewall and Load Balancers Monitor Network, Hardware, Storage, Application, Database, Firewall and Load Balancers Support Incident Management Support Problem Management Support process standards including ChaRM and SDLC Support system tool development (develop scripts to make production support job easier).
