Technical Architect, Technology consulting, WITSML, Technology Manager, Business Systems Analyst

Moblize (www.moblize.com) has an immediate opening for a  Technology consultant  with oil and gas experience preferably in Upstream to join its Advisory Services group on contract, contract to hire or permanent role. The Technology Consultant will be responsible for reviewing "As Is" upstream oil and gas applications, performance measurement, requirements gathering mainly technology. In addition, the Technology Consultant will provide support to Project Manager by documenting current and future technology state, including System Architecture, as well as other critical tasks related "To BE" mprovement in upstream oil and gas drilling operations. Duties include: partner with cross-functional technology teams to identify, leverage, and cascade best practices; conduct key activities such as technology requirements identification, data flow analysis, data modeling; recommend approaches in the implementation of "To be" state Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters in Technology major or equivalent-Demonstrated experience with using planning tools such as balanced scorecard, SWOT analysis, gap analysis, scenario planning, etc. to appropriately develop strategic technology map.- Demonstrated experience in working with cross functional product/project evaluation and development teams to explore new concepts, technologies or product ideas-Demonstrated experience in Conducting vendor evaluations, building decision matrix, technology requirements framing.-Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to turn findings into executable plans-Demonstrated experience working in complex and time critical environments. -Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.-Self-starter, consulting experience on work teams, structuring recommendations and presentations. - Experience with upstream oil and gas workflows/processes a huge plus- Knowledge on WITSML (oil and gas XML standard) a huge plus- Experience with big 4 consulting organization a huge plusWhy Moblize?You will be working in a Entreprenuerial environment with high calliber people.
