Technical Consultant

We currently have an opening for a Technical Consultant. The candidate will provide technical guidance and direction to iProspect’s clients in support of our major product lines.  This person will develop a deep understanding of our clients’ technology and architect solution strategies.  The Technical Consultant will provide technical leadership for iProspect’s Client Services group.  The Technical Consultant will be responsible for staying abreast of industry trends from a technical perspective.  Key attributes of this position include technical fluency, ability to work in a team environment, analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, strong customer service orientation, and hands-on “can do” attitude.

Requirements:

· Proven ability to research and solve problems independently 

· Knowledge of web analytics

· Strong understanding of client server architecture

· Experience with or working knowledge of Content Management Systems

· Strong interpersonal and communications skills are a must.

· Customer support experience is a plus.

· BS in Information Technology or equivalent degree is required.
