The ideal individual with be an MCSE with 3 to 5 years of enterprise level experience and excellent, polished communications and consultative skills . Hands on expertise in Windows servers, systems admin, migrations, software deployments and troubleshooting is essential. Further experience with Exchange, SAN, SMS, SCCM, SQL, network infrastructure, Citrix, Sharepoint, VMware, Interwoven or other DMS is a big plus. MCSE and/or related technical certifications are strongly preferred. Your primary job responsibilities include providing consultative technology services, as well as the design and implementation of complex and comprehensive technology solutions to the Firm's clients. This position requires excellent oral and written communication skills and strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills. The ideal candidate is self motivated and capable of working in both team and individual settings. It is preferred that you have experience with systems administration, migrations, software deployments, and you need to be able to work well with both business and technical users. Continuing technical training and certification is available and strongly encouraged. Specialized career tracks are available in areas including, but not limited to: virtualization, systems management, enterprise content management, storage area networks, business continuity and disaster recovery. Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years hands on experience with a strong understanding of Windows operating systems 2000/2003/XP/VISTA consisting of installation, configuration, use and troubleshooting.
