Position Summary

Technical Coordinators are responsible for acting as liason between client and our fulfillment center in India for SharePoint solutions. Technical Coordinators work in the office and are responsible for having ongoing contact with both the client as well as the project team in India. Working hours may vary as the project dictates.

 

General Requirements

· Leading and executing the testing and coordinating testing efforts across multiple business units.

· Leading and managing a team of offshore resources on a day to day basis
Communicate with offshore resources on a daily basis and ensure delivery

· Mentoring offshore resources

· Providing updates to test schedules and managing/executing functional, system/integration and user acceptance testing

· Facilitating testing meetings, status updates, etc. with development teams, maintaining testing issues lists and follow up.

· The candidate will lead others through the testing process and must be flexible to adapt and learn client processes and systems

 

Technical skill set needed:
* Creation of test plans, test schedules and test cases.
* Manual execution of testing and the creation of defect reports
* Experience in data validation and cross-system integration
* Understanding of SharePoint concepts a plus
