Technical Customer Support Representative POSITION DESCRIPTION: Provide technical assistance to the customers, vendors, and sales staff. Manage, operate and maintain technical support calls. Work closely with sales representatives to ensure maximum customer satisfaction with respect to products and complaints. Provide technical guidance with the installation and modification of company equipment. REQUIREMENTS: 3 years Customer Service/Tech Support experience and/or equivalent educational background (degree or equivalent in technical field). Bilingual: Spanish verbal English verbal and written Applicants must have knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, & Powerpoint. Pay: 35-40K MUST BE BILINGUAL (SPANIGH/ENGLISH) MUST HAVE TECHNICAL APTITUDE.
