Technical Inside Sales Specialist

 

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Reports to: Senior Director, Service Operations

Arrangement:  Full-Time Salaried Employee

 

This position is a technical inside-sales oriented role whose key function is the identification and communication with client contacts to introduce and gain approval for remote service adoption.  This role is a key element in the SilverTrain – Remote Service Adoption program.  The ideal candidate will have a technical background, enjoy interacting with people over the phone and have a driven, competitive spirit.  This position requires excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain convincingly the project goals we are trying to accomplish.

 

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

· Organize target accounts

· Build personalized call and email scripts based upon direction and templates

· Call facilities and clients and find the “decision maker” or whomever the target activity requires

· Deliver the value proposition to the client

· Achieve approval to move ahead with activities

· Set appropriate expectations of the adoption process

· Perform basic technical troubleshooting

· Escalate to other personnel on the Remote Service team when appropriate

 

Position Requirements:

· Minimum of 5+ years of inside-sales or technical-sales related experience

· Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills

· Experience with technology networking/infrastructure a strong plus

· Experience in or with and Technical Call Center operation

· Troubleshooting and problem resolution skills

· Ability to work as a team player to accomplish established goals

· Experience with MS Project and the Microsoft Suite.

· Experience working within Healthcare environments a plus

· Able to create weekly status reports

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
