Technical Proposal Writer

Vistronix, Inc. has is looking for a Technical Proposal Writer to join our team!  Individual will be responsible for researching and writing  customized, comprehensive  business/technical government proposals reflecting customer-specific themes. Individual will also participate in strategy, status, and review meetings and assist in RFP analysis and development of specific data calls. Other duties involve coordinating with section leads, subject matter experts, and Proposal Manager  to obtain accurate information and present in a compliant and consistent approach. Individual will write original text/tables and proof, edit, and re-write all sections and documents as needed to ensure accuracy, consistency of message, and RFP compliance. Must be able to prioritize writing assignments and coordinate flow of information between various contributors and subcontractors to ensure all milestones and deadlines are met. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience of 5+ years of proposal writing. Demonstrated ability to self-manage multiple priorities and meet stringent deadlines.  Desktop publishing skills required; Power Point preferred. Experience with writing/updating corporate marketing materials/presentations a plus.
