KellyMitchell is seeking a self-starting Account Manager to join our St. Louis recruiting team. The ideal candidate is highly energetic, sales driven, extremely motivated, and comfortable in a competitive environment. This person is responsible for penetrating and expanding markets in the St. Louis area through networking. This person will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with current clients as well as new prospects.

Position Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining relationships with IT professionals and clients
Generating business from new accounts
Ensuring services consistently meet client needs
Meeting monthly sales revenues
Developing strategies to improve customer service and increase profitability
Motivating sales staff through working example and ensuring best practices are followed
Coaching inside staff to assist in the development of their sales skills and comfort in the process

Position Requirements Include: 
2+ years experience selling consulting services, with strong prospecting, account development and closing skills
Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to articulate value and benefits of the solution outweighing client objections
Strong cold calling techniques 
Strong executive image and team player
