Envision is currently looking for a seasoned Resource Development Manager (Technical Recruiter) to join our team in Scottsdale. We are looking for an individual that meets the following criteria:
Resource Development Manager (Technical Recruiter)
Position description: Perform all duties as necessary to complete the full recruiting life cycle to provide contract IT staffing services to meet current business opportunities
Job Responsibilities:Responsible for contract and direct hire recruiting Interview, screen, test and otherwise qualify potential IT candidates Pro actively recruit and develop recruiting network Use on-line job boards and recruiting tools to identify quality IT candidates Collaborate with Business Development to understand client needs Maintain consultant relationships after placement
Qualifications/Requirements:Ability to produce results in a fast paced competitive market Work well in a team environment Goal oriented self starter with outstanding communication skills 4 years of relevant IT recruiting experience in a for staff augmentation opportunities Technical experience helpful but not required Candidate cold calling and referral experience 4 year degree desired but not required
