Technical Sales Specialist

ROLE AND POSITION

Responsible for technical and sales support to partners and customers within the US software channel.

 Responsible preparing for and participating in customer presentations along with the sales team.Responsible for monitoring and maintaining customer satisfaction within the channel – able to effectively communicate customer issues and follow through resolution.Responsible for developing competitive product analysis documents and ensuring our sales team and partners are up to date with our own and our competitors product specifications.Responsible for preliminary evaluation of customer sites as well as project managing full implementation of our recommended solution.Responsible for technical customer and internal trainings on product updates and new features.Responsible for the roll out of product launches within the channel.



QUALIFICATIONS Must have a good working knowledge of TCP/IP, Networking, LAN Infrastructure, PC Hardware and Windows and wireless environments.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job related experience with minimum 5 years work experienceExcellent communication skills – both written and oral communication skills must be professional and courteous. Experience with educational software a plus.Willingness to travel throughout the US with an occasional trip abroad.Strong project management and coordination skills.Knowledge on executing product marketing initiatives in the software business.Self-motivated team player with strong attention to details.

 This is a full time position. 

 

 

Location:

 To Be Determined.  Virtual office is OK, with easy access to a large easy in/out airport. 

 The company’s Head Quarters operates in Turku, Finland.  The US Head Quarters operates in Brewster, NY. We have regional sales offices in Espoo, Dubai, Leeds, Lyon, and Shanghai.
