Technical Support Call Center Manager

Duties/Responsibilities: 

 

Provide leadership and direction to customer service organization; working closely with Executive Management.

 

Oversees the day-to-day operation of the Technical Support Call Center.

 

Take ownership of all aspects of the department’s performance and provide necessary leadership to its personnel (10-13).

 

Manage technical staff to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Assist management and technical staff with problem solving.

 

Effectively interact with clients, including problem resolution if necessary.

 

Ensure all shifts are properly staffed.

 

Complete employee performance evaluations in a timely manner.

 

Effectively administer all payroll and HR-related policies and procedures for departmental personnel (time sheet/vacation request approvals, disciplinary issues, interviewing prospective Client Services Representative, etc.)

 

Keep departmental personnel apprised of changes to protocol, test-related information, etc.
