Experienced and dedicated technical manager wanted to lead high-performance team supporting multiple enterprise-class hosting environments. Candidate should have superior communication and organizational skills, as well as have a broad technical understanding to help guide system, database, and network security SMEs in delivering quality service to customers.

 Responsibilities Lead a diverse group of engineers in technical and professional development. Reinforce customer service through instituting the right metrics and training. Coordinate with the general manager for budgeting, hiring, and forecasting. Ensure a superior customer experience by creating a great work environment for highly motivated and skilled technicians--make the Kool-Aid. Develop processes for collaboration and innovation across multiple teams. Keep up-to-date on new and evolving technologies across a broad range of industries in order to serve as sounding board for new product ideas and tools. Be the “cool head in the room” when passionate engineers debate issues or an operational problem has the team or one of its member not thinking productively.Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in IS, Engineering, or Business--Master's degree preferred.Ability see past what people are asking for to what they really want/need.Ability to manage effectively and efficiently multiple tasks and priorities.A solid understanding of the business objectives for outsourcing.Product management experience in IT highly desired.Excellent customer services skills.Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Strong understanding of server, networking, and security technologies.Ability to motivate themselves and their team to do what is right by the customer. Required Experience

Minimum 5 years of managing technical professionals.Minimum 2 years of project management and/or professional trainer.
