Providetraining topersonnel at partner organizations. Provide training and/orpresentations toclient personnel. Develop or updatethe User Manual and other training materials with each software release. Assist in problem resolution regarding end user questions pertaining to training requirements. Assist in researching and writing of software End-User Release Notes. Assist in developing and presenting tailored training solutions forpartner personnel. Assist with software design documents review activities. Review prototype processes and test developed coded. Meets deadlines and ensures deliverables match customer requirements. Performs other duties as assigned.Must be a US citizen, requires obtaining a security clearance.Minimumsix years work experience in technical training, curriculum development and presentation. Must pose ability to attain and maintain a security clearance. Willingness and ability to travel abroad is mandatory. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, education, human resources or related field preferred Six or more years of training experience Must be a US citizen, requires obtaining a security clearance.Four years of experience working with communications practices, principles and procedures for both on-site and on-line presentations Two years of experience working with instructional design and adult learning and training methodologies Other Qualifications Good communication skills to develop training manuals and procedures Good presentation skills to train and educate employees Good interpersonal skills for interacting with all levels of employees Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills Good analytical skills Good organization and time management skills Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality regarding employee information Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability and desire to actively pursue learning opportunities in the training fields Travel abroad is required for this position.
