Technology Helpdesk/Desktop Support

NER Data Products, Inc., a South Jersey manufacturer and value-added distributor of mission-critical data center technology solutions is looking for a talented team player to join its technical support department. We need someone with excellent technical and communications skills to join our dedicated team providing technical customer support for enterprise infrastructure solutions.

 Required Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Support field based sales team and partners with Technical Solutions design that includes all or portions of the following project-based  aspects:

·  Proposal generation, including CAD Support

·  Competitive analysis

·  Product specifications

·  Technical product knowledge

·  Project assistance

·  Vendor engagement and pricing.

We are looking for someone with a working knowledge of data center and enterprise infrastructure with emphasis on power, HVAC, server racks and management tools.

·  Prior experience with VAR Channel support for networking technologies.

·  Experience with technical sales for data center infrastructure applications.

·  MSO  experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).

·  Ability to conduct independent research in order to solve specific customer or project requirements.

·  Minimal travel requirements will be necessary for training purposes or specific customer projects that require an on-site presence.
