Manage the audit, analysis and research process for Sungard’s telecommunications expense compared to the provisioned orders to determine the authenticity of all services billed.. Manage billing disputes with vendors including follow-up to ensure billing disputes are being resolved timely and favorably. Complete documentation to communicate results to internal and external users.. Management of the month accounting process, relating to telecom expense, with Corporate Finance. This includes month end accruals and variance reporting/explanations.. Manage and mentor team of telecom billing analyst to ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly invoices and timely resolution of all billing disputes.. Management of the vendor accounts through A/R calls, account reconciliation through the automated software, and account consolidation.. Develop, implement and ensure compliance with all department policy and procedures in accordance with the SunGard ISO guidelines.. Act as the administrator for the automated billing software for processing SunGard’s telecom invoices.Quarterly Maintenance: . Review of equitable distribution assignment of Analyst’s workload, maintain electronic to manual invoice ratio with TEOCO. Qualifications:. College Degree preferred but will consider applicants with equivalent work-related experience with a minimum educational requirement of a H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent.. Able to handle multiple tasks proficiently and meet deadlines. . Strong time management and organizational skills.. Some knowledge of Data and Voice circuitry provisioning required.. Ability to work in a team environment and independently with little supervision.Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and management effectively.Required Experience/Skills/Knowledge:. Understanding of accounting concepts, financial reporting and analysis.. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent work related experience.. 1-3 years of supervisor or management experience..
