Functional Description:

 Manage a team of Developers and Telecom staff that will :Facilitate large scale implementations for call centers and other telecom projects Perform cost saving projectsPerform equipment refreshes and upgradesWorkforce management installationsIVR DevelopmentExisting customer supportPerform quarterly staff reviewsEvaluate future projectsConsolidate HardwareRespond to new business proposals and evaluate the needs for equipmentLead a multi-location team

 

Education and Years of Experience:

 Bachelors Degree Required, any certification in telecom strongly desiredPrior experience in a Telecom Managerial role, leading both developers and telecom staff located remotelyExperience sizing a telecom line and predicting needs from a conceptual levelProven track record of strong leadership Process oriented management styleExtremely strong experience on the voice side is highly desiredPrior experience with Avaya PBX and determining PBX circuitsPrior experience in an environment with IVR and VoIP development and implementationExposure to Lantana products and other vendor SoftwareCisco product exposureA background on the solutions side from a high level business perspectiveProficiency with MS Office suiteExcellent communication skillsExcellent presentation skillsI3 technology exposure highly desiredPrior experience with a vulnerability tool, Critical Watch preferredAbility to travel up to 15% ; can telecommute 2 days per week
