Gathers and organizes information on problem or procedures including present operating procedures. Interprets data gathered, develops information and considers available solutions or alternate methods of proceeding. Organizes and documents findings of studies and prepares recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures or organizational changes. Confers with personnel concerned to ensure smooth functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures. Researches and recommends installation of new and highly complex systems Trains personnel in their application. Conducts operational effectiveness reviews to ensure functional or project systems are applied and functioning as designed. Applies business consulting practices in order to translate technical requirements for process improvements into readily accessible language when interpreting analyses. Creates conceptual and functional management systems for new and enhanced systems in coordination with technology analysts, external vendors and consultants. Basic Qualifications Has contract negotiation and management experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology or related field preferred Eleven or more years of business solutions experience Experience working with company products, services, management practices, and business processes Experience working with the business environment, business industry and competitor products and services Experience working with business consulting practices and techniques Experience working with administrative and/or workflow systems Other Qualifications Need to have Telecom contracts experience Need to have experience in Telcom carrier managment Strong communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel and management Strong creative thinking, problem solving, planning, time-management and organization skills to balance and prioritize work Strong human relations skills Ability to create and maintain formal and informal networks Ability to lead and work in a team environment Remote Work Location Authorized:Yes, With Restriction Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:None Create Success
