The Telesales Manager will be responsible for measuring and reporting on performance against targets and meeting these goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. This position will also develop and determine team and individual goals, coordinate resources with management to ensure timely and successful campaigns and phone coverage and provide all Management with detailed and accurate team progress reports. The Telesales Manager will foster communication between various CA organizations to ensure teamwork, and is responsible for the overall development plan of the team, including * Hire, develop, coach and monitor staff * Review productivity level of telesales teams * Ensure proper training activities (product, sales, and process) * Maintain appropriate solutions, services and industry positioning knowledge * Attend product, sales, management training classes * Maintain a positive, professional total customer service attitude throughout the organization Key Requirements: * Typically have 5 years of Telesales experience, three years in a Management position with proven results managing a Telesales environment * Presentation and computer skills * Bachelor's Degree in related field is preferredThere's never been a better time to join CA.
