Territory Sales Leader - SAP



Description

We are looking for aggressive, motivated and experienced sales professionals to play a significant role in driving growth with a dynamic and motivated team. This role will target prospect companies to drive new sales for our SAP line of business. Selected candidates will market our services and products and convert prospects to clients.  As the company grows, the candidate will have the opportunity to build his own sales team and participate in the leadership of the organization.  

 

Sales Responsibilities:

· Prospect, attract and penetrate new business/accounts for the company. 

· Conduct sales presentations, manage and coordinate RFPs and radiate within accounts to create additional sales opportunities with existing clients.

· Responsible for client relationships by ensuring delivery of high quality client management, high quality project management, and providing the best solutions for the client resulting in overall company performance.

· Provide open and prompt communications to clients and endeavors to live up to MIT’s stated values. 

 

Account Management:

· Supervise projects and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.

· Responsible for identifying and resolving issues before they become problems.

· Support the delivery team to ensure project deliverables are high quality and are archived in our internal collaboration system for knowledge sharing.

· Ensure all project forecasts are accurate and responsible for checking project team time and expense reports for accuracy. 

 

Technical Skills

· Display and communicate a broad knowledge of various technologies. 

 

Qualifications

· SAP sales experience with ECC 6.0.

· Preferred industry vertical experience include Retail, AFS, Heavy Equipment & Machinery and General Discrete/Process Manufacturing. 

· Experience selling into mid (>$100M) to large (>$2B) sized enterprises.

· Demonstrated ability to manage a complex sales process of prospecting, lead qualification, sales strategy development and relationship building throughout client organizations.

· Proven contract negotiator and deal closer.

· Analytical, organizational and planning skills for forecasting, pipeline tracking and reporting.

· Self-starter with strong communication and presentation skills comfortable cold calling and meeting with senior executives in person.

· Proven sales track record having consistently surpassed quotas in a fast paced environment with annual quotas of $3M or larger.
