 Test Engineer - RADIC Tester - TS/SCI with CI or full-scope poly Job Code: GCSD01081123   Job Description:   Test Engineer responsible for performing the system testing of Java services for a complex web services system. Coordinate testing effort in a multi-contractor, multi-location environment.  Qualifications:  Bachelors degree and 9 years experience with disciplined software development and testing process (CMM). At least 6 years spent on programs developing complex Java systems for the government or industry. At least 2 years of experience developing tests for systems utilizing a significant amount of COTS.  Experience: Knowledge of web services. Experience with the testing of Java components and web services. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Analyst workflow familiarity a plus. Current SOA understanding a plus. Software experience a plus. System discrepancy reporting experience using ClearQuest a plus.
