Testing Manager

The Testing Manager is a senior member of the testing team with management responsibilities for a group of testing engineers.  The Testing manager is typically responsible for segments of the staffing, planning, design, and execution of tests (i.e., user acceptance testing, system, subsystem or interface testing). You are expected to provide professional and technical leadership for the group.  You will oversee the design, analysis and implementation of testing solutions; participate in client meetings; ensure that engagement work products and deliverables are of the highest quality to ensure client satisfaction; present conclusions and recommendations; and keep team members informed of project status.?  Work with client and Amdocs teams to deliver testing solutions.? Deliver timely and quality services, ensuring client satisfaction.? Manage a team of several testing engineers, leading the internal design review of testing materials; checking the test environment; executing, tracking and reporting on the test execution; analyzing the results and communicating status with the client.?Oversee knowledge Transfer, monitors engagement team performance, and provide feedback on the team.? Monitor and direct others to act in accordance with company initiatives, processes and methodology.o  Past experience as Testing Manager or Implementation manager is a musto  Good knowledge of several Amdocs products such as: Ensemble Enabler or Clarify CRM.? 3-5 years UNIX experience required? 5-7 years demonstrated expertise in the successful delivery of testing solutionsfor Telecom Billing and CRM solutions? Strong analytical, managerial and leadership skills.? Strong customer facing skills, ability to influence and motivate clients and employees, excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work independently?  Must be flexible to travel?  One of the following academic backgrounds: o  B.A. in Computer Science o  Engineer o  B.A. in any exact Science (with the following certification: ISEB ?  Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
