Location: Austin, TX 78701 Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Pay Rate: Competitive Salary Reference Code: 1001060273 SHPERION/TECHNISOURCE, together with our Fortune 100 Company is seeking a Project Coordinator for their Austin, TX location.The right candidate's general responsibilities would include: Providing world class Business Operations support to SWG management Completing high quality and timely monthly process measurements and reports Ensuring that all responses and follow ups from CHQ Audits, CARs and reviews get closed on a timely basis Providing information as needed for SWG Key Indicator measurements via input to the dept consolidator Ensuring timely and thorough completion of action items assigned by management Ensuring compliance with security guidelines Ensuring all documents supporting our processes and testing are stored on the Business Operations Measurements DB, GSA Drive or DB's to ensure audit readiness at all times.The candidate will also be required to: Achieve 100% compliance on SRM KCO/KCFR - Key Controls over Operations & Key Controls over Financial Reporting - Objectives Participate in the completion of robust process documentation to support all elements of the process including supporting flowcharts/control points, and comprehensive procedures for all process execution steps, to cover monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual process deliverables. Complete, at minimum, an annual review and update of all procedures and implement a change management process for major intervening process changes, Complete all process steps of the SWG PFP royalty payment administration support process on a timely basis, addressing all issues that may arise, and keep IBM management informed, with escalations as may be required. Complete input/updates for the SW Pricing Royalty process on GSA drive on a monthly basis, and maintain evidence of completion in the SW Royalty Support DB Complete all reconciliations on a timely basis Complete overall contract inventory validation for your assigned Brand on a monthly basis and retain all documentation in support Support the proactive measures for process integrity including piloting and implementation of revenue trend analysis for your Brand supported Participate in team Knowledge Share sessions to demonstratively increase yours and the team's skills Complete measurements on a monthly basis for presentation to the line owner and 1st / 2nd line management and provide 1 business day prior to the scheduled review meeting to managementThis is not your ordinary contract; it is LONG TERM, with BENEFITS. Do not let this opportunity pass you by; you owe it to yourself and career to APPLY NOW!!
