Tijuana Flats is committed to serving great Tex-Mex food in a “fast-casual,” friendly and exciting atmosphere. We are currently looking for a Full-Time IT Assistant to work out of the Corporate Support Center and support our Management Teams and our Employees at our local restaurants.

 

Full-Time Position

This individual will be based in our corporate office and be responsible for Level 1 support and responding to issues at the restaurant locations. This individual will support managers at the restaurants and users in the Corporate Support Center, reporting to the Director of IT. 

 

Some Specific tasks would be:

· Adding Specials to the POS System as needed

· Follow-up on Promotional changes

· Add new buttons at restaurants for Promotional items

· Communicate issues with our Service Provider to ensure smooth restaurant operations

· Keep office and restaurant machines up to date and protected from viruses

Must have experience with Microsoft Operating Systems (98-XP).  Some networking ability (TCP/IP) is preferred.  Any experience with Aloha POS systems is a plus.

 

Work week

5 days a week

40 -50 hours a week
