Tools PM

Previous Microsoft Experience is strongly preferred.This person will need to be TECHNICAL. Understand programming or a former programmer. Understanding of databases.We are looking for a Tools PM for our Redmond client. The technical PM would be responsible for the following Strategic and Tactical items:Strategic:1. Help drive improvements related to updating and creating new tools as required to support the team2. Help drive the migration of the tools to a new platform.3. Drive implementation of reports based on new tools and tool migration4. Provide regular updates to management on the progress of tool migration and creation5. Document processes and assist in creating training materials as appropriate.6. Develop and maintain business schema through tools development7. Maintain and expand scope of tools processesTactical:1. Interface with operations and strategy teams to stay abreast of process is in development, new request for additional tools and reports2. Attend all regular forums that may affect the development of tools and reports3. Drive meetings as appropriate to the resolution of bugs related to the tools migration and implementation.4.
