The majority of this person's time will be involved in working with other teams in the adoption, training, and mentoring of .NET and the software development lifecycle. Proven technical skills and a track record of mentoring others is needed. Some time will also be spent researching, scheduling, and coordinating training activities by external vendors and internal staff. Strong SQL, relational database knowledge, and design skills are necessary.
