Description:

3H Technology is seeking a Training Analyst to work out of our Reston, Virginia location. The position requires experience in supporting technical projects in all aspects of the training lifecycle. It also requires the ability to develop and execute training plans and apply creative methods to resolving problems.

This Training Analyst will support new and existing releases of custom built 3H applications. The scope of the position currently covers the Occupancy Agreement Tool (OA Tool). The OA Tool project began in 2000 and is composed of approximately 20 team members all located at the Reston office. OA Tool is a business application providing a mechanism for the creating, tracking and management of the occupancy of federally owned and leased property. There is a need for the development and delivery of training materials on an on-going basis to support over 8,000 end users of this application. This is an opportunity to help shape the training approach and content, apply your expertise to support project team members, and work with the business line, client and end users to develop a robust set of course materials.

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter who is interested in shaping the application training materials, content, delivery mechanisms and processes. The person who is selected will contribute their understanding of the concepts and practical aspects of training coordination, material creation, content delivery and training process development. Two to five years experience with two to three years of experience in developing training plans and content is required. Evaluating training feedback and facilitating training sessions is preferred. Strong presentation skills, quick learner, flexibility and good attitude, ability to work independently, and relevant training experience are important.
