Training Coordinator

We are assisting our Birmingham client with their search for a Training Coodinator.

Responsibilities include:

Conduct new employee orientation

Create, schedule and deliver legal specific training material to staff

Assess skill levels of existing staff and make recommendations on additional training needs

Provide on-going technology support and communication throughout the company

Skills, Qualifications, Education and Experience:

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows based desktop operating systems, document management systems, document comparison programs, template packages, research services, etc.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver technical material in a non-technical manner

Travel and schedule flexibility are required

Experience designing and delivering training materials

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

3+ years of experience as a classroom trainer in a legal or corporate environment
