At HNTB, we're committed to making success happen for our clients, our employees and our firm.To learn more or submit your resume online, visit the company's Website at www.hntb.com.Education Program DevelopmentDesign, develop and maintain learning path content for staff and partners regarding Process disciplines and EPDS use.Customize and create all EPDS training course material, based on existing Meridian-provided training materials.Assist in creating e-Learning content development and maintenance.Training DeliveryDeliver all formal training courses.Create, manage, and execute an enterprise training plan and schedule and administer training execution logistics.Administrate the use of an EPDS on-line training resource.Installs new and/or expands existing personal computer based systems. Determines required software and hardware in conjunction with end users. Selects and installs suitable software to meet user requirements. Installs new and maintains existing hardware which may include network servers. Provides problem-solving support to organization's computer users. Helps install and maintain network and/or telecommunications systems. May train users in use of equipment/applications. Configures and installs new computer hardware and software for end users.Assist end users with moderate to complex hardware, software and operating system issues.Performs asset management activities such inventory check in, updates and reconciliation.Coordinates and configures IT products and services for activities such as video conferencing, webinars and conference room presentations.Documents group process and procedure. Reviews documentation created by team members.Researches, recommends and implements solutions with direction from the senior or team leader.QualificationsProven Experience in mega-project environments in the Engineering and Construction Industry5+ years of experience in the delivery of training programs regarding use of applications3+ years of participation in enterprise applications delivery projects1+ years experience of involvement in the delivery Enterprise Portfolio Program Management Software (Meridian a plus)Experience with courseware production tools including Microsoft Power point and Word, Macromedia, Adobe Photoshop or similar image editing software.Foundation in instructional design, development of learning content.Proven ability to describe technical concepts and present them to technical and non-technical persons in a clear and concise manner.Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication, presentation, organization, planning and project management skills.Strong business acumen, high energy, self motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.Able to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail..B.A. Construction Management, Business Administration or equivalent.Should be pursuing Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certificationThe HNTB Companies are an Equal Opportunity Employer – M/F/V/DAs a condition of employment with The HNTB Companies, you must be able to provide documentation of your eligibility to work in the United States in accordance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
