Job Profile
This exciting Senior Marketing Communications opportunity is ideal for a highly creative individual who will lead innovative marketing plans and campaigns targeted at customers and brokers.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute long-term marketing communications strategies, plans and objectives.
Lead development and production of all external communication materials to support market objectives. This includes determination of the appropriate mix of product sales promotion, public relations, advertising and other communication vehicles for a campaign.
Interact with other staff departments to finalize and execute communication plans. Manage relationships with internal communications services function and roster of best-in-class external agencies.
Ensure consistency in communications. Ensure that our client's value proposition is upheld, as well as the brand standards.
Track and analyze results of campaigns to constantly improve campaign management.

Job qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with MBA or graduate degree preferred
6+ years of experience in integrated marketing communications.
Comfort with principles and practices of all marketing communications disciplines, with ability to blend brand marketing and direct marketing approaches.
Expertise in both the creative and analytical aspects of marketing communications.
Ability to think strategically, influence others, and lead an integrated and virtual team to execution success.
