UNIX Administrator

We are looking for a UNIX Administrator to join our team with three other UNIX admins.  This position is located in the Greenville, SC area.

You have to be really good with the following:

Linux SLES 9 and 10 (hp and ibm servers)
HP-UX 11.23 (mostly itanium servers)
IBM-AIX 
SAN storage

Focus will be on Linux



This position is for 6 months and then gets renewed indefinitely (unless you screw up really bad).

 

Now here is the important part.  This is not the position where you can sneak your way into it without being qualified.  You are going to be screened by someone currently performing the job duties of the position. If you do happen to get lucky and pass the interview because you read up on interview questions/answers posted on the internet it will only take a few days before we figure it out.  The industry is full of people who are not qualified and we know this.   

 



Also we don't really care about how bloated your resume is.  The problem is that resumes have become less and less "authentic" over the years anyway.  Just want to find someone who is exceptional and wants to work with some "cool" people.  An easy way to tell if you are exceptional is if other people keep coming to you for help when they could go to someone else.
